If you are interested in learning to fight within the Adrian Empire, here is where you will begin, Shinai combat. It requires minimal protection, and uses bamboo kendo shinai swords. While the weapons are not metal, it is a lot of fun and highly competitive! You need only be 13 years old to begin competing in this entry form of combat, and the things combatants learn fighting Shinai will be very helpful to their Ren and Armored combat types, if they pursue them later.
